Somatic Meditation Practice Format: 90 Mins

Overview:

 

The Inner Treasure Hunt is a guided Somatic Meditation Experisense designed to support deep self-awareness, gentle insight, and embodied integration.

This 90 min session combines presence-based meditation (UPE™) with Selflection™ and Yo(u)ni-fied Wholeness integration, allowing participants to not only observe their inner experisense, but also begin to understand and embody it.

This simple Somatic Meditation Practice is not about fixing or changing — it is about noticing, uncovering, and living from what is already present, You.

Bi-weekly Session Schedule

 

Bi-weekly guided Meditation sessions

When: Every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month

Time: 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Each session is a 90 min Immersive Experisense, offering a consistent rhythm for:

Part 1 — UPE™ Somatic Meditation    (30 Minutes)

This is a guided, body-based meditation focused on pure observation and awareness of self.

 

What to Expect:

  • Grounding through breath and body awareness

  • Gentle body scanning (noticing sensations, tension, energy)

  • Observing emotions, impulses, and thoughts as they arise

  • No interpretation, no analysis — just awareness

  • Heart-led intuitive movement (if it naturally arises)

 

Purpose: To bring attention inward and experisense what is present without interruption or filtering.

 

Part 2 — Selflection™ & Yo(u)ni-fied Wholeness    (60 Minutes)

Integration & Embodiment (Awareness → Being)

This phase supports the natural unfolding of awareness into understanding and lived experience.
